AnkVeda AI delivers instant, one-time digital numerology reports. Because the report is composed and made available immediately after payment, it cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can.

If something went wrong

If you were charged but did not receive your report, if the PDF download did not work, or if the report has a technical error, please email us at hello@ankveda.co with your payment ID and order details. We will investigate and, where a technical issue on our side prevented delivery, arrange a refund or a re-generation of your report.

Typos in your inputs

Please review your name and date of birth carefully before paying. Reports generated against incorrect inputs are not eligible for a free refund, but we are happy to help — reach out and we will do our best.

Payment security

All payments are processed by Razorpay. Any dispute you raise through your bank or Razorpay is handled per their standard processes.
